The service I received for springwood Ford was of a very high standard, for the minute I walked into the service area I was acknowledged very quickly. The staff where very friend and very helpful. The two ladies I dealt with, Kim and Amanda also very helpful.
I told Amanda about what I thought was an issue with the accelerator, and Amanda explained to me how it works and that the car was adapting to my driving. There is a few seconds delay when I press the accelerator and Amanda said if it keeps on going to not hesitate to bring it in.
That's the kind of service that makes me want to come back to Ford springwood when my wife needs a new car or to recommend to friends and family.
I will be highly recommending QFord to all my family and friends as we have just purchased 2 Focus Sports for my wife and daughter recently and the team have been absolutely fantastic and helpful throughout both transactions. The sales and service team went above and beyond to help us resolve a difficult situation over the past several months. This was not just financially, but genuine empathy and support from the whole team.
Car Sales always seem to get a bad rep, but the guys at Q Ford were there for us 100% and making a sale or upsellling was never discussed.
There are some special people that I would like to mention, but I won’t due to respect for their privacy as they helped my wife when she really needed it when they were about to close one Friday night. This is an example of the kind of service and consideration that we received from the whole team.... I can’t wait to mid next year when I am planning go back and trade my car, hopefully for an RS Focus .....

I want to let you know about the service I received today from Mandy in the service department.
My car was unexpectedly towed into the dealership this morning. After the great service from the reception the car was booked and I was told there may be a delay. I expected this may happen although the receptionist was hopeful your team would look at the car. During the day I had a follow up from Mandy telling me the issue, what most likely caused it and how to rectify it. Mandy was keen to find a solution for me to assist me today and even offered to call the dealership where we had a service agreement with. The option I went with was explained and one I felt comfortable. The issue was not a warranty issue but consumable failure. I felt Mandy explained well and I agreed to have the replacement parts fitted.
This is where Mandy made the difference. Explaining again and offered a discount to assist with the costs. Something I truly appreciated. From the time I called to the way Mandy walked me out to the car to make sure all was clean and ready. This is a credit to you and the management team. I have another Ford which I had booked with a Gold Coast based service centre which in the past was underwhelming. From the way I was treated I cancelled the service and rebooked with your service department.
It is the little things that make the difference and the attention to detail offered. The experience from Mandy was so much better than I have received from other Ford dealers.”

And what a pleasent experience with Adrian Pali,the Sales Executive, who has delivered professional, yet personal service with his content and calm personality! He was as excited as me delivering this car this morning! And a Super Thank you to Jessika Saunter who made the deliver so special and personal! Thanks for setting up my phone with the car, and making me feel so at ease with my first drive in Brisbane! Well done on an outstanding team! We only arrived 3 weeks ago in Australia and always drove Fords back in South- Africa where the Dealer Principal did our deals as we had a close friendship, thanks for keeping the high standard we have of Ford!
